A Step-by-step Approach to Designing Templates in InDesign

Step 5: Implement the Template

When your template is finalized and tested, you can package all of its elements together and put the template to use. Part of this step is automated with InDesign’s package utility. Other elements must be manually collected, such as object libraries and print preset files. See the section in Chapter 14, “Implementing Your Template,” for detailed information on implementing your template.
