At this point, you've created a mobile-ready page that uses jQuery Mobile to define "pages" within an HTML page, along with interactive navigation and subtle animation effects that work well in touchscreen devices. You've also seen how easily you can customize content and look (within limits) by using jQuery Mobile themes in Dreamweaver. As far as creating a functional mobile-friendly page, you're there. Not bad!

Other techniques for setting up jQuery Mobile–based pages can compress content into a small space. Those features are available in Dreamweaver CS5.5, and I'll show you how to build a page like that in another article. Later in this series, we'll explore how to address the challenges of converting these mobile-friendly pages into apps for distribution through Google's Android Market and Apple's iTunes.
