9. View Swatches in Adobe Bridge CS3
We can also view the swatches in Adobe Bridge. Use the shortcut in Illustrator’s Control strip to jump to Bridge. Using the Favorites or Folders panel, locate the ASE file we just created. You’ll notice that the preview window shows the actual swatches. That’s so cool, but wait...there’s more. Open the Metadata panel and you’ll see that Bridge gives you a rundown of each color’s values (see Figure 11). At a glance, we can check colors that we can use on a particular project.
